We used a black background and a magazine-like appearance layout for this website in order to emphasize the beauty of the pictures and artistic quality since we were given many beautiful pictures to put on a website. For convenience of volunteers working for the organization, a simple system that allows them to easily upload videos and pictures was required. WordPress was installed that is used to update articles. This project was about renewing the website. This website mainly consisted of image files so it was disadvantage in SEO terms. Consequently, we had to make the website from scratch. However, there were many great contents that we could use in the new website. So we build a system to update these contents continuingly in the new website. We decided to use a white background and red as an accent color to express the school’s academic and positive atmosphere. To make this website as a tool for web marketing, we linked to popular SNS (Social Network Services), such as Facebook, Twitter and mixi. We built a new website for this supermarket since they extended their business and started catering. This website’s design was made by reflecting not only the business aspect but also the owner’s attitude towards the community. We designed with consideration that a supermarket is where people gather and we put the emphasis on its image of freshness and friendliness. For easy blogging, a simple updating form was installed. As well, the system allows posting the blogs by email. The request was to renew this large portal website. The former system had weak security so we started from making the structure with strong security. We knew that it would take a great amount of effort to transfer the data of a large number of contents of the website so we created a script for data transfer. Transferring data and manual work were done consciously on compatibility to new system. Because this is a portal website for community and to take advantage of it, we installed a system that allows visitors to update contents. Therefore new website has aspects of SNS and an informative website. So the website is designed to reduce the amount of administrative work with strong security system since it is a website with a large number of accesses daily.
